Job summary:

The Divisional / Functional Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner serves as the strategic link between the Talent Acquisition function and designated divisional or functional business areas. Working as part of the People Partner teams, this role ensures that hiring strategies are fully aligned with workforce plans, business objectives, and organisational culture.

This individual partners closely with senior stakeholders, divisional leadership, and People Partners to deliver high-quality, proactive talent solutions while maintaining a strong connection to the central TA Operations team and collaborating hand-in-hand with the relevant Regional TA Lead.

What you will be doing:

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Strategy : Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the assigned division or function, building deep relationships with leadership teams and People Partners. Translate divisional workforce plans and business priorities into actionable hiring strategies. Advise and challenge stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and optimal sourcing approaches. Represent Talent Acquisition within divisional people forums, workforce planning sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Collaboration & Delivery : Work closely with the Regional TA Lead to ensure alignment of divisional hiring needs with regional delivery capacity, pipelines, and resourcing priorities. Partner with our RPO provider and CoE (Centre of Excellence) teams to ensure consistent process execution, employer branding, and candidate experience. Support the design and execution of divisional-specific recruitment campaigns or initiatives. Work across Emerging Talent, Contingent and Exec teams to build one consistent view and interface for TA.  Provide insights and data to support continuous improvement in hiring performance and workforce planning.
  • Governance & Reporting : Maintain visibility of divisional hiring activity, ensuring compliance with recruitment policy, process, and governance frameworks. Deliver regular reporting and insights to the Divisional People Director and TA leadership on performance, trends, and future needs. Contribute to the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, sharing divisional intelligence and best practices with peers across the global TA network.

Position requirements:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition partnering within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic business partnering with operational delivery.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practice, market trends, and workforce planning principles.
  • Data literacy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent Communication and English (C1) skills
  • Commercially savvy, with a strategic mindset and consultative approach.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented – thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about talent, diversity, and creating exceptional hiring experiences.
